Privacy Policy

Nuudge (“Nuudge,” “we,” “us”), operated by Brash Technology LLC, provides an
opt-in SMS wellness companion. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect,
how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Nuudge you agree to this policy and our
Terms & Conditions.
Information we collect
- Contact information — your mobile phone number, and your first name if you choose to share it.
- Messages and content you share — the text messages you send us and the goals, preferences, routines, and wellness details you choose to tell us.
- Program data — the single metric you choose to track and your entries, plus message timestamps and delivery status.
We do not intentionally collect precise geolocation, payment card numbers, or government identifiers.
How we use your information
- To provide and personalize the service — send check-ins, remember what you’ve shared, and tailor our tone and messages to you.
- To screen messages for safety and wellbeing and surface appropriate support resources.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service, and to respond to your requests.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging
With your consent, we send recurring wellness text messages (typically a few per week).
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.
Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing
or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not
shared with any third parties for any purpose.
How we share information

Service providers. We use trusted vendors to operate Nuudge:
Twilio (to send and receive your text messages) and Anthropic (whose AI
processes your message content to generate Nuudge’s responses). Your content is shared
with these providers only to operate the service, under their terms.
- Safety. We may share information with support resources or authorities where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect someone’s safety.
- Legal. To comply with applicable law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Except as described above, we do not share your SMS consent or opt-in data with third parties for their own purposes.
A note about health information
Nuudge is a wellness companion, not a healthcare provider, and is not a
HIPAA-covered entity. Anything you share about your habits or wellness is not a medical
record. Please don’t share sensitive clinical information; for any medical concern, consult
a qualified professional.
Data retention
We keep your information while your opt-in is active and as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time.
Your choices and rights
- Opt out of messages anytime by replying STOP.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@nuudge.ai.
- Depending on where you live (for example, California and other U.S. states), you may have additional rights to access, delete, correct, or limit certain processing. We honor these requests and do not sell or “share” (as defined under California law) your personal information.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Nuudge is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the new version here with an updated effective date.
